Have you had experience is administrating a server(if so, which server): Chaptercraft, COD-FactionPvP Craft, can list more but for lack of time I will just say this, I have been admin/mod 28 Times.

Any other information: In all honesty I hate cursing, so i feel i am great for this possition, if someone argues I stay from picking sides, I will be a neutral party no mater what.

GeneralInfo
Prison break is a Minecraft jail server where you have to make you're way up through the many ranks to earn your freedom. After working you're way up through the ranks, a person may choose the set them self free. If they choose to do this, they may survive on their own, and come to visit the facility at any time they want as long as they obey the rules. With several ranks and blocks, there are many PvP areas through out the facility. It is strongly suggested that inmates make friends quick, so they have someone to watch their back. The facility can currently hold up to 100 inmates, but we are constantly working to improve that.
Ranks
Charlie: $0 - You're the new guy on the block. You've just entered and don't really know you're way around the facility, make some friends, and earn some cash along the way! With that money, you can go rent yourself a cell. It may be small, but its something. Besides, they get bigger as you rank up. Charlie is a minimum-security block. Now go chop down some trees and make a quick few bucks!

Bravo: $15,000 - Congrats, you've ranked up to the next rank, but this is only the start,. You've got lots more money to make if you're planning on making it to the top. Bravo has better mines, and better shops. Bravo also has bigger cells, but they are more expensive. Bravo is a medium-security block. Now go get your A#$ back in that mine!

Alpha: $35,000 - Wow, you're still alive? You may be at Alpha, but your not even half way to your freedom. Alpha has lots more ways to make easier money, and even better shops. Alpha is high-security. Now go make yourself some cash, inmate!

Elite: $85,000 - Well, your over halfway to you're freedom, but you're still an inmate at our facility. Here at Elite, we have the best everything, from shops, to mines, to mob farms and cells. Elite is maximum-security and has no PvP. Perhaps if you want go kill some innocent people, you should head over to Charlie block.

Worker: $100,000 - Congratulations. You have bougt your way out of prison, but you still need to work to make it to the top! You are at the first rank of free!

Citizen: $750.000 - You are now at the second rank of free! You now have access to the public nether portal and the public farm!

Free: $1,500.000 - Well, you have proven yourself, and you are now finally free. Free to do whatever you want, and that includes visiting the inmates at the prison, but that also means, following the rules! You are the highest rank of free!
Guard Ranks
C-Guard: Congrats! Your guard application got accepted! You can now patrol Charlie block. In order to get this rank, you must have played for at least 3 days on the facility, and have a clean record. You must also abide to the inmate rules and guard rules. If you choose to retire as guard at this rank, you will be placed back in Charlie block.

B-Guard: You have been C-guard for at least a week now and have been promoted to B-Guard. You may now patrol both Charlie block and Bravo block. You also now have authority over C-guards, to an extent...If you choose to retire at this rank, you will be placed in Bravo block.

A-Guard: You have been B-guard for at least 2 weeks now, and have been promoted to A-Guard. Your patrol areas are Alpha block, Bravo block, and Charlie block. You are respected by your fellow guards, and have authority over B and C-Guards.

Sr-Guard: You have been chosen by the community to become a Sr-Guard, and have also been an A-Guard for 2 weeks. Your patrol ares now includes the entire facility. You have authority over all guards, and are respected by all guards, and most inmates.

Warden: You run the show. You make the tough decisions, and make the calls. You have authority over all(apart from Sr-Wardens) and are respected by all. You are the highest achievable rank, and should be very proud of yourself. You can also now accept/deny ban appeals and guard requests.(after discussing with other wardens/Sr-wardens.)

Sr-Warden: This special rank is reserved for the three server owners. We have authority over all, and make the final calls. we also deal with the punishment of the guards/wardens.

Do NOT ask us if you can be a guard. If you do, we will ignore it, and it it continues to happen, we will mute you

Guard Rules
If you see a weapon, order the prisoner to hand it over. If they fail to hand it over after a 5 second countdown, jail them.
No giving lower guards better armor/weapons
No trading with players
If a player PvP runs, you must give them one warning before jailing them. If you have jailed them more than once for PvP running, then you can jail them instantly
No keeping confiscated items or items received while killing people. They must be disposed of ASAP
When you die, there is a NLR
You may NOT hide in no PvP zones when on duty.
If you are being attacked and run into a no PvP zone(which you shouldn't to begin with) you may NOT ask for the attacker(s) sword.
If you see a prisoner with guard armor on, ask them for it, if they don't give it to you, jail them for 15 minutes
If a prisoner is trolling you by pulling out multiple swords, ask for them all. If after the fourth countdown they are still trolling you, jail them.
If players are playing keep-away with a sword, count down. if they fail to hand it over, jail them all.
If your guard application gets denied, you MUST wait 5 days before posting another
Weapons are allowed in player owned cells and plots, but when a player leaves their plot, ask them for their weapon.
You can kill anyone that attacks you or another player.
If a player is being attacked, but doesn't fight back, don't attack the victim.
If a prisoner is camping, jail them immediately.
If a prisoner is attacking players in a PvP from a non PvP area, jail them immediately.
Jail players with /jail {name} {time} {reason}. Time is in minutes. Jail players for spawn killing, camping, PvP abusing, and griefing tree farm. (EX. /jail siyman4 10 making great server)
Unjail players with /unjail {name}
B-guards and up can use /jailmute {player} to mute a raging jailed player
Do not jail players for infinite amounts of time. If the jail timer is working incorrectly keep track of jail times and manually unjail your prisoners
Under no circumstance is a guard allowed to unjail their alternative account. If you believe you were jailed wrongly, get proof and report the guard. Any guards caught unjailing themselves will be immediately demoted without questioning.
Do not use any 3rd party programs, modified clients, or hacks of any sort.
If someone kills you, you may NOT jail them or ask for their sword.
Respect all players.
Do not ask us for a promotion! We will promote you when you meet the requirements and we feel that you are ready! If you ask us, you will be ignored!

If you are not on in three consecutive days without notice, you will be de-ranked without question.
ChatMod Rules
Must have played for at least 5 days
Must show respect to ALL players
If players keep calling chat-mods/guards corrupt with no evident proof, mute for 10 minutes
Must have a clean record with no bans
Must pay attention to chat at ALL times
Is allowed to kick, mute, and temp-ban
Mute people for spamming, using multiple caps, and excessive swearing
If advertising, in public chat, instantly temp-ban, and notify a warden ASAP
After muting someone 3 times, you may kick them.
After 3 kicks, give them a temp-ban
After given a temp-ban, please fill out a chat-mod ban application
Mutes are 10 minutes
Temp-bans are for one day
Try to get a screenshot for proof when temp-banning
After temp-ban is over, start the process over with three mutes
Mute format is /mute {name} 10m
Temp-ban format is /tempban {name} 1d
